Pay my Stormwater Fee

Stormwater fees can be paid via:

• Cash
• Check
  • Please make out checks to "Town of Colchester"
• Credit/Debit Card
  • Note that there is a 3.15% + $0.40 fee associated with all card transactions
• Online - via XpressPay
  • Note that there is a 3.15% + $0.40 fee associated with all online card transactions
  • E-Check option is available for online transactions. E-Check transactions will have a $1.75 flat fee added on. To use the E-Check option, you will need to know your banking and account information.                                                             

For all Stormwater payments, please include your bill number to ensure your payment is applied properly.
