Summer Reading Prizes
BURNHAM MEMORIAL LIBRARY
Effective August 9, 2021: Due to the increasing number of COVID-19 cases in Chittenden County, all patrons entering the library are now required to wear a mask, even if fully vaccinated. We appreciate your cooperation.
We are excited to announce that we are extending book browsing at the library. Patrons no longer have to sign-up for an appointment, but can come to browse during these specific times:
Monday 12 - 6pm
Tuesday 10am - 4pm
Wednesday 10am - 4pm
Thursday 12 - 6pm
Friday 10am – 1pm
Saturday 10am - 3pm
Patrons will be let inside until the library is at its capacity limit. Instead of curbside service, we are moving pickup for those that prefer it, to the vestibule. Items requested for pickup will be left in brown bags with your name on it, just as they were curbside.
While masks are no longer required during outdoor adult programs, we do ask that patrons visiting the building continue to practice social distancing and wear a facemask in order to protect those members of our community who have not yet received, or are not yet eligible for the vaccine. Masks are required for indoor library programming and events.
