Museum & Park Passes

The library has a number of passes that can be checked out by patrons. Please keep in mind:

Passes are only available to town residents.
- If you are from another town, check with your home library to reserve one of their passes.
Because of the great interest involved, there are often significant wait lists for the passes. Unfortunately, there is no way to reserve a pass for a specific date. Once you are called for a pass you had on hold, the checkout period begins.
- If you no longer need the pass at this time, please let us know as soon as possible. We are more than happy to put you back on hold for a future use as well.
Passes are checked out for seven days, to assure patrons a chance to use them during a weekend.
- There are no renewals, and fines are $20 the first day and $5 each additional day.

Family discount pass allows free admission for one family. Limited to one use per season per family.

1 College Street, Burlington -- Website // Directions

Family discount pass allows up to four people admission for the reduced rate of $7/person.

6000 Shelburne Road, Shelburne -- Website // Directions

Pass admits two adults and accompanying children 17 and under at HALF the price of regular admission. You must present library card or valid Vermont ID along with pass for entrance.

Pass allows free admission of up to eight people in one vehicle to day-use areas. Day use areas are open 10 am to sunset.
