Supplement 44 Update

The Colchester Planning Commission held a public hearing on Tuesday, September 20, at 7 P.M. at the Colchester Town Offices, 781 Blakely Road, for the purpose of considering amendments of the Colchester Development Regulations. Pursuant to Title 24 VSA, Chapter 117. The Commission voted unanimously to submit the Supplement to the Selectboard. The Selectboard will meet on Tuesday, September 27, 2022 for a first reading and to consider warning a Selectboard Public Hearing on Supplement 44.
