2019 Annual Town Meeting Election

On March 5th, the Annual Town Meeting Election will be held from 7am to 7pm at the Colchester High School Gym. Both 9-1 and 9-2 voting districts vote at the high school.  The Annual Town Meeting Election ballot includes voting on local government offices, annual town and school budgets, and an article concerning the Malletts Bay Sewer Project.  Go to this link, http://colchestervt.gov/683/Upcoming-Election , to see the warnings and sample ballot.

If you are unable to cast your vote on Election Day, you may vote by early or absentee ballot. A voter who expects to be an early or absentee voter can vote in the office during Town Clerk’s Office hours up until closing on the day prior to the election. The easiest way to request a mailed ballot is at 'My Voter Page', https://mvp.sec.state.vt.us/ , to log into your personal voting page and request your absentee ballot.  A request can be by phone, 802-264-5520.
