Colchester Development Review Board

The Colchester Development Review Board is charged with processing site plan, subdivision, and conditional use applications and variance requests and appeals of the Zoning Administrator's determinations. Board meetings are at 7:00 PM on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month at the Colchester Meeting House in the Village. Further information on the Board can be obtained by contacting the Department of Planning and Zoning.
